Delivery & Returns

At Luminar Tack, we strive to provide you with high-quality horse tack that meets and exceeds your expectations. However, we understand that there may be instances where a return or refund is necessary. 

Please take a moment to review our return and refund policy:

Returns

  • Items eligible for return must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days from the date of purchase.
  •  To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@luminartack.com.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed once the returned items are received, inspected, and approved.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 20 business days.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately to arrange for an exchange.
  • Exchanges will be processed once the defective or damaged item is returned and inspected.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized items are non-returnable unless there is a defect or error on our part.
  • Clearance or sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.

Missing or Damaged Items

  • In the rare event that you receive a shipment with missing or damaged items, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order for assistance.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once the order has been processed, cancellations may not be possible.
